Yesterday was Joel and my 4 year wedding anniversary. Joel flew to a conference in Las Vegas for a couple of days, but since we knew that Joel would be out of town, we made time to celebrate last weekend. Valen watched Levi and Kate, while Joel and I (and little Moriah) went out to eat at Obediah's. The food was delicious, and it was refreshing to get away for a little bit and communicate with each other without any interruptions. :)
I praise our Heavenly Father for the 4 years that we have had together and cherish every moment. I love you so much, Joel! I pray that God will continue to guide us as we strive to grow together in our faith in Him and also in our love for each other. You are not only a wonderful husband, but also an amazing father to our three little children that we have been blessed with.

I totally meant to wish you Happy Anniversary when I talked to you. It was a bit crazy being in the store with the boys. Seth was getting fussy and Isaac started taking toys of the shelf to play with them. Glad you got to spend time together w/o the kids! Wow, can you believe it's been 4 yrs already!
