Little miracle

Here are some first images of our little “bean” that’s growing so quickly.

Joel and I had an ultrasound to see how this baby is developing on December 6. Levi came along, because he wants to see/meet this little one so badly.

(It may be hard to tell what the last picture is, but if you look carefully and closely you will be able to see the baby’s nose and mouth in about the center of the picture.)

What a miracle God is working in me. I couldn’t help but think about the verse in the Psalms, of how we are “fearfully and wonderfully made.” as I gazed at this little baby moving, and watched it’s little heart beat on the screen.

This pregnancy seems to be flying by. We can’t believe I’m over half way through already! Joel even was able to feel this baby kick a little bit this morning, when I placed his hand on my belly. We are so thankful and praise God that everything seems healthy and well with this little one thus far.
