God showed His power and beauty through the freezing rain and strong wind here in Iowa.
Our power was out for a few hours yesterday. During the night we could hear the wind whipping around outside and hear branches crashing to the ground.
Our view out of our windows this morning made us speechless. Ice coated everything and branches were all over the ground. Thankfully none of them crashed onto our house.
“He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold?” Psalm 147:17
When I went outside to snap a few pictures of the ice, Lexi was scampering about and excited to see a familiar face after last night’s weather. She was so cute that I just had to snap a couple pictures of her.
